My story

My journey as an artist is a recent one, beginning in 2020 during a time of transition. As a newly single mother, what started as a way to provide for my son soon blossomed into a passion I never knew I had. With reclaimed wood and glass bottles as my canvas, two well-loved paintbrushes, and nature as my muse, my love for painting took root and flourished.

Candles, however, entered my world by chance—through a simple conversation with a friend. We all love the warm glow and comforting aroma of a beautifully lit candle, but I wondered—why not take it a step further? With a paintbrush in hand, I set out to create something more than just a candle; I wanted to craft an experience, a story told through scent and art. And so, Scented Art Candle Co. was born, marking the beginning of an entirely new chapter in my artistic journey.

My hope is that with every candle you light, you’re transported—to the heart of a tranquil forest, the shores of a distant coast, or a place entirely your own, filled with wonder and enchantment.
